TERMS: DynaMED Pty Ltd offers Net 14 days, Date of Invoice, on approved credit. Without approved credit orders are shipped freight Collect or upon receipt of funds. Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard are accepted.
CREDIT: Municipalities, cities, counties, state and Federal government agencies have automatic credit approval if order is submitted on a purchase order or if submitted by telephone with a regular purchase order number. All telephone orders must be confirmed by subsequent mailed or Faxed purchase order documentation. Commercial businesses may apply for open credit by submitting a complete DynaMED Pty Ltd Credit Application. DynaMED Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse credit to anyone.
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS: Invoices not paid within 30 days of the date of invoice will be subject to a service charge of 2.0% per month. Service charges will be added and compounded each month thereafter until the entire amount is collected. Buyer agrees to pay reasonable attorney's fees or other fees incurred by DynaMED Pty Ltd Inc. in the collection of overdue accounts.
FREIGHT: Shipments are F.O.B. Devonport, Australia. Most shipments will be made by courier unless otherwise requested by the buyer. For domestic shipments to credit approved accounts, including Visa and MasterCard, DynaMED Pty Ltd will prepay shipping costs and add to the invoice.
FREIGHT OR SHORTAGE CLAIMS: If cartons are lost or damaged, immediately contact the delivering carrier to make a claim. If assistance is needed from DynaMED Pty Ltd, please contact our office. Shortage claims must be made within 5 working days of receipt of shipment.
RETURN OF MERCHANDISE: No merchandise may be returned to DynaMED Pty Ltd without prior approval. If DynaMED Pty Ltd makes an error in filling or shipping your order, we will rectify it at no cost to the customer. A 20% restocking charge will apply to returns unless due to DynaMED Pty Ltd . error.
LIMITED WARRANTY: DynaMED Pty Ltd warrants all Skedco manufactured products to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year. Items produced by other manufacturers retain that manufacturer's warranties and guarantees, if any, and DynaMED Pty Ltd assumes no liability for these products. Items sold by DynaMED Pty Ltd, are warranted only that they are of merchandise quality and are fit for the ordinary purpose for which such goods are used. No warranties of fitness for any particular purpose are made. Skedco Inc. makes no other warranties, expressed or implied.
AUTHORITY: The terms mentioned herein are the only ones DynaMED Pty Ltd. will accept and any exceptions must be approved in advance by an officer of DynaMED Pty Ltd. No representation, arrangements, or agreements not appearing herein or on accepted purchase orders shall be binding to DynaMED Pty Ltd.
